  When we were getting walked to our table the floors were so filthy we were either slipping and sliding on the tiles or we were sticking to the tiles walking through different parts of the restaurant. We were a table of 5 and we all had to ask for clean silverware because there were food particles on everyone’s silverware. The waitress took 30 minutes to get our drink order. Then another 30 minutes to ask for our food orders and because we were worried she wouldn’t come back for another 30 minutes we gave her appetizer and our dinner orders. 3 people got the food 45 minutes later and two people had to wait another 20 minutes for their pasta plates. When I finally received my Bistro pasta it was cold. We had to wait for 30 minutes to get refills on our drinks. The service was horrible the food not up to what y’all standards used to be for the price we are paying. I will never return to this location again. I will stick to The Cheesecake Factory at the Galleria where the service is excellent, the restaurant is clean and the food is excellent.
