  My in store experience was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and the store was beautiful. Lots of furniture pieces to love. However, when I ordered my bed I waited almost 2 months for delivery (picking a piece that they supposedly already keep stocked in the warehouse). The delivery guys showed up at 6PM after I received three calls telling me my new bed was going to be delivered between 12:30 - 2:30. This was of course after I called the store two weeks before to ask what was going on with the bed when I had been told it would be ready to ship a week before. The response I got was - yes it's ready, when can we deliver it - so do I have to call to get my furniture delivered?
  
  Meanwhile, when the bed finally arrives at 6PM the very first bolt to put it together is messed up. Fortunately, my husband has a tap and die and fixed the bolt so the guys could still put the bed together. However, after watching them struggled for a while the delivery guys determined that none of the holes for bolts lined up at all and they could not put it together. So I waited almost two months for a custom in stock bed that couldn't be put together because eight bolts didn't line up correctly. NEVER again
