    This community is the best My wife and I have lived in to date. We have been here for over two years and have recently signed another year long lease. We started in a one bedroom and moved over to a one bedroom town home that we absolutely love and our dogs love even more. David, Raina, and Lakeisha are an awesome team and I can’t forget about their maintenance and cleaning crew! Rohilio, Gus and Maria are always on the go making sure the units are maintained and the property is well kept. They ALL work together to make sure their tenants are cared for, comfortable, and happy. Parking hasn’t been an issue like at other properties in the area and the community is friendly and near 3 grocery stores (Kroger, HEB and Trader Joe’s) which is extremely convenient for a couple that is constantly meal prepping to reach our fitness goals! To top it off the crime rate is very low! We are happy campers here and hope that if you are considering a new apartment/ townhome you join us at Avana Sterling Ridge.
