Real shame that staff can ruin what seams to be a good doctor! Staff is rude and no comparison for Veterans. After stetting up appointment comfirming insurance co-Pays of phone. Showed up for appointment with VA letting confirming I’ve 25 years of service and disabled Veteran. I’d misplaced my Military ID and have to travel to Fort Polk to get is reissued. But no this disabled Veteran was kick to the curb and denied service rudely Robert Metz US Amry (Ret)
