    Quality of good, self service check out lacking. Had to have help twice on a purchase of 6 items. Confusion caused me to left a purchase in bag area. Very disappointed.

    God forbid you need groceries on a day that
    there's an event! I parked out front, went in to shop, came out with my full basket and freaked out thinking my car was stolen. Turns out it was towed! The parking staff had it towed because they thought I was going to a festival across the street! Not only will I never go to this location again, I will now go to Kroger, where this has never happened to me in my whole life. We were so distraught from this experience. Shame on you HEB for letting this happen to your customers!! I'm telling everyone I know about this! BEWARE! PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK!
