  This is the worst customer service EVER!
  DO NOT CALL THIS CLINIC! The front desk lady is EXTREMELY rude, I do not wish any patient to have an unpleasant visit at the Dentist.
  I work for a Dr.'s office and as part of our services we coordinate Dental assistances for our patients. I had called 3 times trying to organize an appointment for one of my patients, whom was a Self pay meaning that he was going to pay CA$H. The front desk lady, who never revealed her name, did not let me finish talking and simply hang up on me. I called her back, thinking it was a mistake and she then screamed "not to call, she was not interested". I called her back for the last time to explain I was not selling anything it was for a patient that needed assistance, and she again said that they did not want to see our patient.
  I would like to ask to the Dr. or the owner of the office what do they think of a person who is basically damaging their business by not scheduling patients? Now days, nobody has $500 cash available to pay for a Dentist, but this secretary just took away the opportunity for them to make a profit.
